These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SpinQuest website and booking experience.

1) Booking

• A booking is tied to the selected room, city, date, and time slot.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for check‑in.
• Some rooms may have age restrictions or minimum player requirements.

2) Venue rules

• No recording or spoilers. Phones may be stored in lockers.
• Follow staff instructions and safety rules at all times.
• We may refuse entry for unsafe behavior or rule violations.

3) Payments

This demo simulates payments. In production, payments may be processed by third‑party payment providers.

4) Rescheduling & refunds

Rescheduling and refunds depend on venue policy and availability. If you cannot attend, contact support as early as possible.

5) Liability

SpinQuest is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Participation is at your own risk. Some rooms include light/sound effects; if you have medical sensitivities, please consult staff.
